Insert1Andrade
This is an example of insert edit. An insert edit places a clip between a pre-exsisting clip. To do this you drag the clip frrom the source panel to the timeline, and seperate the two clips so that you don't record over. I decided to insert the 2nd clip where i did because it is inbetween the two jumps. This makes the girl look more interested in the horse jumping.
The difference between an overlay and an insert and an insert edit is that in an overlay you have record over the exsisting clip, and in an insert you make room for the 2nd clip. You would use an overlay when you want to take out record over one clip, while you'd use an insert edit when you want to put a new clip in the middle of an old clip. In this case the overlay edit works better because the first clip finishes after the second clip plays. I think that it flows together better.
